Application Kit

DOWNLOAD AND PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS Click and hold your mouse button over the kit's link OR right-click. When the menu pops up, select “Download link as” or “Save link as”, and save the file to your computer.

Before filling out an application, please:

• discuss the exchange program with your family and school
• carefully review all of the instructions in the kit

Teacher Exchange Introduction and Application.pdf (DOWNLOAD AND READ THIS FIRST, then save the .pdf file on your computer for on-screen completion - print (through your web browser), complete additonal items e.g. photos, floor plan etc. and then obtain the necessary signatures etc. Then proceed to follow the check list on Page 9 of the Teacher Exchange Introduction and Application.pdf.)

The Teacher Exchange Introduction and Application.pdf, Teacher Exchange Planning Form, Handbook for Exchange Teachers Coming to British Columbia, New Brunswick, Ontario, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island and the Handbook for Canadian Teachers Going on Exchange files can be viewed/completed and printed from both Windows and Macintosh systems. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer in order to open/fill-in the forms. The Acrobat Reader program is available for FREE through the Adobe web site, through the link in the menu to the left. If you have trouble reading the printed form, try setting your printer preferences to the highest quality black and white settings. If that doesn’t help, you can contact us and we will mail you an application kit.
