School Partners Abroad
The
School Partners Abroad program allows schools to benefit
from an international partnership which will increase
awareness of other cultures; enhance language proficiency;
foster global awareness and promote personal growth
and development.
Each program involves a class or school group, including
a teacher, participating in a two-to-four week exchange
with a partner school abroad. The exchange
process and the dates of the exchanges are co-ordinated
by the two school partners. Prices depend on itinerary
and destination. Supply teacher coverage is included
in the cost.
This program is available for secondary students and
for elementary students in Grades 7 and 8. Click
here for descriptions of schools seeking exchange partners.
