What are the costs for the program?

The cost for each trip abroad is priced individually and is based on a number of factors as well as the exchange destination and the time of year in which the exchange trip takes place. The CEEF travel coordinator is able to offer best available prices for travel without travel agency commissions.

The per-pupil cost through CEEF will include:

• the cost of travel from the international airport to the host destination;

• deluxe travel, cancellation and supplementary medical insurance;

• travel costs for the escorts (numbers will be worked out on an individual school basis);

• a CEEF administration fee of $110 per student. of which $50 is non-refundable.

Additional costs for participating students and staff can include:

• travel to and from the international airport;

• costs for major excursions in the country of destination, e.g. in Paris;

• an amount for hosting the visiting group;

• school administration costs (postage, fax, etc.) including supply teacher costs if needed.
