The cost per student includes airfare, deluxe travel insurance and incorporates the costs for Teacher and escort travel and supply teacher costs. Hosting costs are additional.
Usually, each school pays for the hosting excursions in their area, i.e. the Canadian school pays for excursions for the visiting students while they are in Canada and the partner school pays for the Canadian school’s excursions while they are in their region, internationally.

Typically a 3 day/2 night itinerary in a major city like Paris is approximately $450 per student. Per student costs are calculated based on the size of the group, number of teachers, number of supply teacher days included in the cost of the trip and the destination.
